United States Corgresswoman Says There Was Slavery In Brooklyn Till 1898 !!

I kinda of toss this  up that a Congresswoman of the United States thinks the United States had Slavery in NEW YORK till 1898 to another example  of how bad United States History is being taught nowadays. She is just of the generation for us too see it's full sad glory.
